SOS Technical Training Institute (INFAQ Foundation Campus) aims at providing a high standard of technical and vocational training to SOS children, students of Korangi Academy and other under privileged and deserving boys and girls as well as the community at large to meet the entry level needs of the job market in their chosen technical field. After acquiring technical education, students will be in a position to secure gainful employment to support their families and live in dignity to become good citizens of Pakistan. Also by joining the pool of skilled manpower the students will be contributing to the economic progress and prosperity of Pakistan.

The objectives of the Institute are to:

• Offer quality technical programmes
• Provide instructors who have extensive industry experience
• Provide both theoretical knowledge and hands-on applications
• Provide training in workshops that will simulate the workplace
• Provide up-to-date tools and equipment for students to practice with Work closely with business and industry to establish and update curricula
• Provide educational training in work readiness skills and in work ethics to inculcate good work habits and attitudes
• Assist students in finding, on the job internship to help with transition from Institute to work place on completion of the courses
• Provide the students with job search skills and assistance with job placements
