SOSTTI programmes seek to recreate the workplace creating an environment where students will learn the skills, knowledge and competencies necessary to compete effectively in today’s job market. SOSTTI offers small classes which allows for a high degree of instructor support and hands-on training. Employers are seeking individuals with practical experience. SOSTTI programmes gives students valuable works experience while being trained in the lab or shop areas and additional experience wherever possible through participation in internships at employers’ sites. SOSTTI’s philosophy is “Skill Development for Employment”.
